Submission for Alessi Design Awards 2019. Bel is a simple design inspired by a childhood favourite well-known to many. Unlike any typical cheese board set, Bel aims to stimulate a sense of imagination & transform the experience of eating cheese into a more playful & delightful one by evoking nostalgic childhood memories. The flat pack design makes it a highly functional & convenient ‘bring along’ gift to dinner parties, a picnic or simply on the go snacking for cheese lovers. Along with a cheese board and steel knife, the case can contain a standard size cheese round or multiple pre-cut pieces of cheese.
